Monthly billing on a set visit count is the common pool setupWhy owners sell plans
- · The money comes in whether the phone rings or not.
- · Members call you first, not the cheapest ad they see.
- · In pest control, about 85 cents of every home dollar comes from repeat plans.
- · You can fill slow weeks with visits you already sold.
How to run one in Jobber
Jobber has recurring jobs, but no plan to sell or track. So most owners keep the plan book in a spreadsheet: who joined, how many visits they have had, and when they renew. That works until you have twenty members.
Abacus keeps it for you. Set the plan up once. Add clients in two clicks. It counts the visits your crew marks done, tags each member inside Jobber, and shows you whose plan ends in the next 30, 60, or 90 days. It raises your prices too.
