Will Abacus ever change my prices without asking?
No. Never. You see every change first, and you say yes before anything happens. And you can undo for 3 days after.
What exactly does an increase change in Jobber?
Only the prices on the jobs you said yes to. Your schedule, visits, and crew are never touched.
What does undo do — and not do?
Undo puts every old price back, exactly. Bills you already sent keep their amounts.
Why does a preview say "prices changed — rebuild"?
A job changed in Jobber after we built that preview. Old numbers on top of new ones is not safe, so it stopped itself. Rebuild it — takes seconds.
Why do my members show "0 visits done"?
We count visits your crew marks complete in Jobber. If they don’t mark them, tap "fix count" on the Members page and type the right number.
How do plan proposals from quotes work?
Say a client approves a quote that names one of your plans. Abacus spots it. Then it asks you on the Members page if you want them added. Nothing happens until you say yes.
What can Abacus see and write?
It reads your clients, your repeat jobs and prices, your visits, and your quotes. It writes just two things, and only when you act: job prices, and a plan tag on a client. The Privacy Policy has the full list.
How do I disconnect?
Uninstall Abacus in the Jobber App Marketplace. We lose access right away. We erase your data within 30 days. Just want to log out of this browser? Use Sign out in Settings.
Is it really free?
Yes, free while we are new. When paid plans start, early users stay free for at least six more months. We will tell you what stays free before anything changes.
