Abacus (“the Service”) is operated by Busic Digital (“we”, “us”). By installing Abacus from the Jobber App Marketplace or using this site, you agree to these terms.
What the Service does
Abacus connects to your Jobber account with your permission and helps you manage recurring revenue: bulk price updates on your jobs’ line items (always previewed and applied only on your explicit approval), service-plan tracking, client membership tags, and renewal reminders. Every write to your Jobber data is one you initiated and approved in the Abacus interface.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing every price preview before approving it, for the prices you charge your clients, and for any notices you send them. Abacus prepares drafts; you decide what is sent and when. You must have the authority to make pricing changes for the Jobber account you connect.
Pricing
Abacus is free during early access. We plan to charge $49/month once early access ends; accounts installed during early access will keep free service for at least six months after pricing begins. We will notify you by email inside the app before any charge exists.
Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Every applied price run keeps a full ledger and an undo, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or disputes between you and your clients. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Uninstall Abacus from Jobber’s App Marketplace at any time; this revokes our access immediately. Your data is deleted within 30 days of uninstalling (see the Privacy Policy).
